Meditations

Contemplations of impermanence, transitions, the cycle of life, and the link between heaven and earth, these images came to Sayzie while at a silent mediation retreat. Making the works — precise, multiple layering of acrylic gouache on paper taking many hours — was itself was a form of meditation.
